BX Strength and Speed is a unique training center for athletes of all sports. Located in Mamaroneck, New York, we provide top of the line training for the athlete looking to improve their athletic performance.
BX follows a model of periodization through individualized instruction designed to promote speed, jumping ability, agility, balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength.
With an emphasis on developing explosive power through plyometrics and the Olympic Lifts, BX designs rigorous individual programs for each athlete based on the needs of their particular sport. Rather than giving each athlete a cookie cutter model to follow, we tailor each day of training based on their previous workout to ensure a continual progression of physical development and injury prevention.
